4:43p - Too Many Have Gone
Steve Gerber passed away on Sunday. He was many things, among them a comic book writer with a unique voice. He created Howard the Duck, and for that alone he would be remembered. But he did so much more than just create Howard, and the world is a richer place than it was before he arrived. He made those of us who were touched by his work look at the world in a much different way.
There are already many memorials to Steve Gerber all over the web, and I am sure a lot of them are far more eloquent than anything I can add. So I'll just say that I will miss you, Steve Gerber, and what you brought into my life.
